Hey everyone! Last week, I got asked why I was flustered about the job offer. Mainly because I need something to bring in money, I suppose. Well, she was supposed to call me this morning at 11 whether I got the job or not to let me know. I had to call her at noon. She just wasn't bothering to call, and I did not get the job. I think not calling when you said you were going to call, at a specific time at that, is very rude. Don't really care that much about not getting the job, as it was strange, but it's annoying and still rather rude.

I hope yours went better than mine, Vigilance!

Mom and I like to do the 'Snake!' thing to each other, but I still think the kid's an annoying little jerk.

a nibble is better than none at all. And yes, I hate when they don't call. It's even worse when you apply to a place and they specifically ask you NOT to call but to wait for them. So you could be waiting forever for NOTHING if they don't want you!

Sorry to hear that. I've had that happen to me on more then one occasion. Even if they say don't call, call them back anyway. Have you thought of or attempted to pursue graduate school by chance?
