Getting Political for a minute here...

Usually I don't get political online, since I figure it's kinda private, like religion. (Though lately I've been foaming over the idiots in both...) but this has me worried.

So, basic summary, they want to push through a bill against child porn. All well and good, except it would log everything everyone does for a good year. I don't know about anyone else, but I'm a writer, even if I don't make money at it yet. I google some weird crap, and I don't want anyone being able to watch my every keystroke or seeing what I buy online. Anyone ready for another protest? This one's gonna need careful handling.

Still Upset...

I have no sad icons, so Woona dances. I'm all upset and worried about ACTA and the proposed changes that are being added to a new bill in the US that would pass SOPA-like bits snuck into a bill supposedly about preventing child pron. It's frightening and disheartening, and makes me want to alternately rage and cry.
